Managing Partner at One Way Ventures, a mentor at Techstars (Boston), the golden standard for tech start-up acceleration.Eveline Buchatskiy is a Managing Partner at One Way Ventures, a seed stage fund focused on immigrant founders, and a mentor at Techstars Boston, the golden standard for tech start-up acceleration. She was Director for Techstars Boston for the past 3 years, where she was part of the selection committee that reviews hundreds of applications annually.During incubation, Eveline mentored outstanding entrepreneurs from all over the world on how to scale their companies to global success stories. Prior to Techstars, Eveline was a founding Managing Director for Eastlabs accelerator based in Kiev. In an effort to create a vibrant ecosystem, Eveline helped launch Ukraine's first tech angel investment network, UAngel, and is currently a member of the Board. Eveline was CEO of APCT, a cleantech startup, winner of the Silicon Valley Open Doors award, and CEO of Ekonomika, digital media holding in Ukraine. Prior to her general management years, Eveline worked as a chemical engineer for one of the largest industrial gases companies in the world, Praxair. Eveline holds a Bachelors in Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, a Masters in Science degree in Engineering from State University of New York, Buffalo, and an executive MBA from INSEAD.
